Sweet Tree Cafe is a hidden gem for coffee lovers and anyone looking for their favorite hot or cold drink. All drinks are made fresh to order. We serve espresso, a wide variety of lattes, coffee drinks, and pour over coffee made from freshly ground Kenya AA beans, considered one of the best coffee beans in the world. We also serve Lotus energy drinks, lemonade, strawberry juice, strawberry lemonade, iced tea, specialty drinks, and handcrafted baked goods.
The cafe started as a travelling concession trailer before moving into its current location on Walpole Island.

Yolanda Blackbird of Bkejwanong Territory has spent decades serving drinks across the country — and now welcomes you to the cafe she's dreamt about for years, right here on Walpole Island.

Espresso from locally roasted beans on our Italian machine, freshly ground coffee, pressed juices, and baked goods from a local baker with no preservatives — plus teas, local honey, and maple syrup. Everything is homemade and made to order, including sugar-free options.
Come in and sit down, use our drive-thru, or grab takeout. We welcome international visitors arriving by ferry or bridge — cash, credit, debit, and gift cards accepted.
